Website Terms of Use.
Last updated: 11 May 2026
1. Using This Website Means You Accept These Terms
By using kaizenai.co.uk, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms — see Section 11.
These terms cover what you can do on the website itself. Engaging Kaizen for paid work is governed by a Statement of Work and any supporting agreements appropriate to that engagement.
2. Who We Are
Kaizen AI Solutions Ltd — Company No. 16581268 — registered in England & Wales — registered office at 128 Turner Avenue, Gosport, Hampshire, PO13 0BX. Founded and run by Harvey Woodford. Contact: harvey@kaizenai.co.uk.
We're a UK AI consultancy serving small and medium businesses. We consult on operations and customer experience, then build the systems that fix the gaps.
3. How You Can Use the Site
You can browse the site, share links to it, and book a free discovery call. You can't:
- Scrape or systematically copy the site (manually, or with bots, scrapers, or AI crawlers without our permission)
- Use the site to send spam, malicious content, or anything that breaks UK law
- Misrepresent yourself when contacting us
- Try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems
If you're an AI training operator: training large language models on the content of this site is not permitted without our written agreement. The case studies, frameworks, and approach you'll find here are our IP and our edge.
4. The Content on This Site Is Ours
The branding, copy, design, frameworks, case studies, and approach you see on kaizenai.co.uk are owned by Kaizen AI Solutions Ltd or used under licence (for example, client case studies are published with written permission from each client).
You can't copy, republish, or repurpose the content commercially without our written consent. You can quote short extracts in good faith — for example, in a blog post or LinkedIn comment — provided you credit Kaizen AI Solutions and link back.
5. Booking a Discovery Call Doesn't Mean You've Hired Us
We offer a free 15-minute discovery call. Booking one means we agree to talk. It does not mean:
- We've agreed to do work for you
- You've agreed to pay us anything
- You're under any obligation to engage us
Engagements only start when both parties sign a Statement of Work and the agreed deposit clears. Until that happens, the conversation is exploratory and free of charge.
6. The Plan & Quote Is Free, Not Legal or Financial Advice
After a discovery call, we may send you a Plan & Quote — a free document outlining proposed scope, cost, and outcomes. The Plan & Quote is:
- Free and non-binding — neither party commits until a Statement of Work is signed
- General guidance, not specific legal, financial, or regulatory advice — if your situation involves regulated activity (FCA, GDPR specifics, sector compliance), please confirm any advice you act on with a qualified solicitor, accountant, or your own regulator
The Plan & Quote reflects our judgement based on the conversation we've had. Treat it as a recommendation, not a guarantee of outcomes.
7. Information and Examples on the Site
The capabilities, frameworks, case studies, and examples on kaizenai.co.uk illustrate what we do and what's possible. They are not promises of specific outcomes for your business. Every business is different — what worked for one client may or may not work for yours.
8. About AI Content
We use AI as part of our work. Some content on kaizenai.co.uk may have been drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by Harvey before publishing. Where AI is shown in product screenshots, demos, or examples, it's illustrative — actual implementations for your business would be designed and reviewed by a human.
We do not use AI to make automated decisions about visitors to this site that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. See our Privacy Policy for the full position on AI processing of personal data.
9. Third-Party Links
The site links out to third-party services — for example, our scheduling provider for booking discovery calls and our social media profiles. When you follow those links you leave kaizenai.co.uk and the third party's terms apply. We're not responsible for third-party content or practices.
10. Liability
We do everything we can to keep the site accurate and useful, but we don't warrant that it's error-free or always available. Information may go out of date, services we mention may change, links may break.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaizen AI Solutions Ltd is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, business opportunity, or anticipated savings
- Loss of data, goodwill, or reputation
- Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law.
If you engage us for paid work, the limitation of liability that applies to that engagement is set out in the Master Services Agreement we'll sign with you — not these website terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our business or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
