What happens on the first call

Most useful first move is the 15-minute discovery call. There is no fact-find form, no scripted pitch, and no obligation to do anything after. The shape of it is straightforward.

First five minutes you tell me about the business — what it does, who it serves, and where the pinch points are right now. The next five we look together at whether AI or automation can genuinely help, or whether the right move is something simpler. Last few minutes we either book a follow-up to scope something properly, or I tell you it is not a fit and point you toward someone better placed.

If the answer is yes and there is something worth building, the next step is a free written Plan and Quote — what I would build, what it would cost, what it would do. You decide whether to go ahead.

For anything larger or more complex than fits my own time, I scope and project-manage with a trusted delivery partner network. Same standard, same accountability, just more hands on the build.

If you would rather email or message before booking, every route is in the cards above. I usually reply within a working day. Outside hours, messages get picked up the next morning.
